LOUD Runners will be hosting an aid station at the Pinellas Trail Challenge this year.
The Pinellas Trail Challenge is a free event put on by Michael Stork which starts in downtown St. Petersburg and ends 46 miles later at John Chesnut Park.
If you've never been to an ultra event, this is a great one to check out. Aid stations are nothing like water stops at marathons. You're likely to see runners eating salted Oreos, gummi bears, M&Ms, pretzels, PB&J sandwiches, ice pops, & potato chips. Since this aid station will be at about mile 36, most of the runners will appreciate ice, lots and lots of ice!
